At Flare Stash, we aim to make our delivery processes as clear as possible. Please review our shipping operations and timelines below.
1. Shipping Destinations & Fees
We currently focus our shipping operations within the United States. We provide Free Shipping on all orders. There are no hidden fees or additional shipping charges added during checkout.
2. Order Processing & Delivery Timelines
The total time to receive your item includes both processing and transit time:
- Processing Time: 1 - 3 business days (Monday - Friday). This step includes order verification, product inspection, packaging, and handing the order over to the carrier.
- Shipping Time: 7 - 14 business days. This is the estimated time the package spends in transit from our fulfillment facility to your delivery address.
Total Estimated Delivery Time: 8 - 17 business days from the moment your order is placed.
3. Order Tracking
Once your package leaves the fulfillment center, a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout. Tracking information usually updates within 24 to 48 hours.
4. Unexpected Delays
While we consistently strive to meet our estimated delivery times, occasional delays may occur due to extreme weather, carrier operational issues, or peak seasonal volumes. If your order exceeds the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@flarestash.store, and we will trace the package for you.
5. Taxes and Duties
For US deliveries, standard state sales taxes may be automatically calculated at checkout according to local laws. Flare Stash is not responsible for any independent tax assessments or local handling fees levied by external jurisdictions.
